Return Policy

At Tyy’sFashionway, we want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help. Please read our return policy below for details on how to return your items.

Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Sale items, discounted products, or items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for return.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our customer service team at tyyfashionway@gmail.com to initiate the return. Please include your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. You will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Package the item(s) securely in the original packaging and include your order confirmation or return authorization form.
  4. Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping service. Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds and Processing

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
• If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
• Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Exchanges

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will need proof such as sending pictures of the damaged items. We will assist you in resolving the issue, either through a return, exchange, or refund. 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:
• Gift cards
• Items marked as “final sale”
• Personalized or custom-made items
